Today I located a 1916 Buffalo nickel which is a "Two Feather" variety and is also missing the "F" Designer's Initial.
I have seen one of these posted on here before, and have only been able to locate one certified example of a 1916 with both errors (ANACS VF Details Corroded) in a Great Collections auction.
Has anyone handled one of these? I'm fairly certain there is not a separate FS number for this combo (none was indicated on the ANACS holder). Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Meaning the combination of the two, both no F and two feather.
Any experts here know why?

There was at least one die that is missing the two feather and designers initial. Can't tell if yours has a very light ghosting of the 3rd there or not. If it does, I'd just consider it a "No F". 1916 is the most common 2 feather, and to be truly considered a 2F that 3rd feather needs to be completely effaced. The 2F is more popular amongst collectors, but the No F Carrie's a higher premium, at least for this date.

As to why they don't have a combo attribution number? Best guess is it's not recognized by the Cherry Pickers Guide.

Cool find

Actually, there's not even a trace of the feather. I've seen some, even in holders where you can make out the outline of the feather, but not with this coin. Thanks for the info.
