Im portuguese and a coin collector and some days ago I found this (i think) coin at a coin market in Lisbon.

Hi, I am new here, too.
This coin looks like a George III cartwheel penny, but it seems a bit light. I would check the weight again and the specs in the calogue.
Ciao

It's a modern repro.
The most obvious indicators being the clumsily rendered sea and ship. If genuine, they would look like this:

If it was sold to you as a genuine cartwheel penny take it back and get a refund.

The shield of Britannia seems to be a strong indicator of the coin being a reproduction.

Yes. Weighing about 8g less than a genuine coin is also an obvious giveaway. Unfortunately the coin market is awash with this modern rubbish at the moment. The differences are obvious to experienced collectors or dealers but a danger to any unfortunate novice.
