Looks like a 1921-S with MD. IMHO,no not worth grading.

Appears to be a nice example of Machine Doubling. In my opinion, considering overall heavy wear, the piece isn't worth the cost of submission to a reputable third party grading service.

Agree, just a worn Wheatie with MD that is certainly not worth spending $50-60.00 getting graded.

I agree, a very well worn circulated coin, the value of this one will not exceed the cost of grading.
