Have you opened the set up to see if is undoubtedly damage? Or is it obvious that it is damage? Some of them are curved in a way that makes them look very 'fiberish'... Report this Post to the Staff
hawkeye Valued Member United States 141 Posts	Posted 02/05/2009 9:24 pm I had two sets and they both had similar spots. I don't want to call it "damage", but it wasn't right. I compared it to a set at my dealer and his did not have the spotting. The best description I can give you is, it looks like the freckling an old guy gets on his forehead and scalp. In this case it extended past the head into the background of the coin. I'll keep you posted on what the replacement sets look like. Report this Post to the Staff
