This 1983p Quarter appears, to me, to have the die clash associated on the reverse. It also appears to have the clash on the obverse. It appears that the P mint mark shifted downward, or something is going on aside Washingtons ponytail. I would appreciate feedback or added information on this Quarter.

Cannot tell for sure with these pics but looks like there is much damage. See if you can get us some clearer pics. The mm area looks like misplace metal though and not sure about any clashing.

I do not see an die clash on this coin. Not on reverse. On the observe the round marks probably from another coin press over, I think an penny. The mint mark is perfect normal for the year.

@makescents, ok I will take a few, hopefully clearer, pics of the reverse clash area.
@silviosi, I wasn't sure if the circular marking on the obverse were from a coin rolling machine or possibly clash marks. What I was referring to with the mint mark was below the actual mint mark.
Thank you both for you responses,I will again try to get clearer pics of both areas.

Well the mark is there under the beak area towards the wing area:

But it is on a heavy circulated coin. Also the clash mark is also fading on this die. The better the condition of the coin, the more it would be worth. This one is almost a non premium coin. Just a small premium for common clash area item.

@coop, yeah the die I would imagine was in a late state. Any idea about that mark on the obverse that I'm seeing? These pics of the area of the clash are hopefully abit clearer.

coop,

I was looking through the quarters in my collection and realized I've got a spitting eagle. I'd grade it at MS-62, but it's nice to know I actually found something, even by accident.

nice catch on that clash! I would have tossed it as a ding or simple damage.
But the circular ring on the obverse looks to be caused by a coin rolling machine. and the mark under the mint mark just looks like a stain or slight damage.

with Dearborn. The clash isn't very pronounced, but yeah, it's there. Check ebay's sold listings for similar condition coins and their values.
