Your last set of pics are much better. I now think it will easily grade out at 63. The face and the neck hold it back.

The stuff between the R and the Star looks like tape, or glue residue of some sort.

I wouldn't be ashamed to own it! Nice coin!

I think it just makes MS64.

the 81(CC) should be sharp and bold. this one makes that grade
without better photos the luster appears to unbroken on both sides. you need to quit taking photos using overhead lighting.

the eye appeal is above average. surface preservation looks good. the marks on the cheek and neck look like just rub and few minor scuffs. its a solid MS64. the rims nicks and what looks like a pretty good hit between the R and star hold it back
