2017 2 Rupees (India, Hyderabad Mint?) Off-Center Strike And DDO

This is a double double error. Off-center strike, maybe 20 - 25%. Hub doubling on obverse, and what looks like it may be Machine Doubling or something on reverse. I've never seen or heard of a coin with this many errors.

The last two close-ups are of the reverse - possible doubling or Machine Doubling.

My fond regards to the quality control team at the Hyderabad mint.

Not a doubled die, double struck both times off-center.

Cool coin! I think I remember seeing this on ebay.
