what do you think? Seems polished or something, some of the features are washed out like the "Liberty" and the "Five Cents".

Perhaps whizzed or polished. Obvious wear on the bison head, horn, and shoulder. Trying to make a XF coin look Unc.

EF/AU, polished. With that kind of camera glare I'd expect an MS, which this is clearly not going by the detail alone. A nice full four digit date for an album though.
