So my same grandfather that worked in the bank all his life, lived at the end of the driveway to my house, well family built when I was 9, been there ever since! However the grandparents house was taken by the LADOTD, when they expanded expanded the hwy to 4 lanes. While they took the jouse, they left his old shed, been sitting there untouched for cpl decades! Recently a drunk driving, after fleeing a hit and run, ran into said she'd! All that being said, I forgoound these two item, but need help figuring out what they are, and their purpose!

The first I'm thinking some kind of bicycle or automotive emblem
