I've been looking forever I mean for a year or better to find this die chip no such luck though

Yes that might be a die chip across the boot. Perhaps a little debris trapped under the plating instead? Hard to say.

Just a die chip off the die. The void gets filled in and shows a rise on that area. No premium for die chips.
