hello all
90% sure this is PMD but the reverse side confuses me.

obverse pinched by a CENT but the reverse I dont know.
the letters "CE" are incused.

I'm saying damage. PMD
The fact that a portion sticks out beyond the rim tells me that.
The collar would have retained that portion when it was struck.

I had such a hard time making sense of the CE. It's not a CE but a backwards ES. Now it all makes sense to me....

the opening of "E" does not open to the "S".

I'm up to speed now, it's the bottom of the CE. It just wasn't looking right to me.
