Like COOP say NO. Look at the leaves: Type A are more rounded and Type C very pointed. this it is the first thing. Compare on my photos the far left leave and also at the end of the arrows points (location), Compare also the leaves by rapport of the tail feathers. compare the EPU, and also the leave by rapport of the A. The S in type A and type C are different. I will not go more because your coin has some way on circulation which make more difficult to see other points of view.

thanks Dear,

I want to complete my previous post with the NO understand of the PCGS when they say very scarce coin 1964 Type C which in fact it is a rare coin. Every Quarters collector will say it is a rarities. Me I have one in 66 ANACS and took me 9 seal bank bags to have only ONE. I remember I buy those bags from Mint Banks in Texas (4) and New York (5).
