1973 1 Cent Strike Through Or Flawed Planchet?

robmck1967 Pillar of the Community Canada 870 Posts	Posted 05/24/2022 12:30 am Going through my desk and I came upon this one... when I look at the reverse I think strike through but with the weakness on the obverse especially at the rim, I am thinking planchet flaw. Wrekkdd Pillar of the Community Canada 3328 Posts	Posted 05/24/2022 09:45 am with planchet flaw based on the weakly struck portion on the obverse in the same area, I'm not 100% but I imagine a planchet flaw would most likely be under weight where as a struck through it wouldn't be so weight could clear up that.
