I found four of these in an uncirculated roll I purchased off of ebay. The listing was for 1954-S but the pictures showed 1945-S. I wasn't sure what I was going to get but I purchased the roll to find out. Turned out to be a good roll of 1945-S.

On one roll of the I believe it is the year, when I went through the roll, I discovered that there was only 4 different dies running the date my roll was created. So most of them were RPMs.

Some of the new rolls I've found as many 23 different varieties. (23/50 coins) So why did I do the bother to check each die variety? Well I had a box of them and after 5 rolls I firgure out pretty much what the rest of the box contained. So that is why I did the extensive search for die pairs. (no die varieties) so the rest I lost interest in them.

Excellent score. Getting a roll of 45's for the price of 54's is nice.
