Depending on the year, it may look normal. Some years devices are different size on the devices. But the affected areas don't appear to be doubled. The doubling would be seen on the devices enlarging the devices. The affected areas towards the rim direction could be die wear/die deterioration doubling depending on the year. Best to include the date/mint with the images. That way we can determine what is normal for that year.
Yes, date and mint info needed. It's customary to provide full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse--helps establish context (and may lead to other interesting observations).
The images look very pixelated - are these screen shots from your scope? if yes, we would rather have actual images of the coins, not pictures of pictures. it loses detail in the translation. So far though I'm not seeing ant doubling.
