Please crop and increase the size of your photos so that we
can see the detail of the coin.
From what I can see, it looks like a partial Grease Filled Die.
Not uncommon and adds no value.
A clear larger picture would confirm this.

It's always best to post images of both side of each coin. If this is a punch mark or other damage, the reverse may show an area that corresponds to indention on the obverse.

Damage from a circular punch is my best guess based on the pic provided.

Yes, please always show us both sides of your coin, along with a close up or two of areas of interest. Looking hard at the small photo provided, I agree it looks like damage to the date. A closeup would tell us more.
