I'll say AU-58, pretty much a melt coin.

I put 2 more pics because luster is not appearing well.Actually, there is a layer on the coin hiding its luster especially on observe.the coin was in a plastic flip in a flea market

I believe the 1964 Kennedy is 90% silver, they went 40% in 65.
