Napolean Coin With United States On Reverse (Id: Likely 19th Century French 5 Centimes)

At least from the photo, I can't really discern any sign of "United States" on the reverse, though I faintly see a few indistinct letters. Member of SPMC, FCCB, ANA and ANS.
