@smp, at least from these overall pics, I'm not seeing any mint errors, just a circulated Wheat cent. Can you please clarify what you are seeing with the coin in hand? Thx.

A lot of flattening making the devices appear enlarged, but not doubled. Same for both sides of the coin.
This year had the unusual DDO from San Francisco:
