Hello, I've been looking at this coin for a bit. I'm not sure if it's a 1964 D/D - RPM or not. Could anyone help me distinguish what it is or if it's nothing? Thank you in advance!

The pictures are a bit fuzzy, but the MM looks a little flattened from circulation. Need a better in focus image of the D
