Ok I know it's not the fs 801 but I think I might have found the fs 802. What do you guys think?

Not a doubled die. I think the main thing we're seeing here is glare from your light source with perhaps a little MD and/or DDD.

if you just look at the 3 of the date on the obverse, you can see that it is 'smeared towards the rim indicating DDD, if this happen in one spot it should happen all around the coin.
We are looking at lighting glare, MD and a little DDD on both sides of this coin.

You need to filter your light source. As of now I see MD on the reverse and DDD on the obverse.
