My "My Product Subscriptions" page is empty. Do you think it's just temporary technical difficulties or did they flush all subscriptions?

Something weird has happened. The reverse proof innovation dollar set that I received in the middle of November isn't even showing up in my order history. I think they've had a database problem of some sort. I'll call tomorrow to see what I can find out. Wish me luck.

I called and spoke with a customer service representative this morning. She said that they have had a system upgrade problem, she has been getting a lot of the same calls and the issue is supposed to be resolved by Friday. She cautioned not to readd subscriptions because it would double them when restored. I guess that I'll keep checking to see if it reappears.

Since it's showing for y'all but not for me, I have a theory as to what happened. I had my on-file credit card information stolen back before the reverse proof innovation dollar set was released. I received one of their emails reminding me to update my subscription credit card, so I did. The reverse proof innovation dollar set shipped, so everything appeared to be in order. Since it's missing from my order history, I wouldn't be surprised if that is somehow related to the missing subscriptions. Of course, this is only a theory.

My credit card expires this year. I will have to update the information for my subscriptions. I am expecting chaos coming my way.

I would not worry too much (I hope) jbuck, last year, when my card expired and Got the new one in, I just updated the new expiration date (for me the account numbers did not change). After I had the new info updated, I got dialog box asking if I wanted to apply the info to all my subscriptions - of which I said yes (well DUH!), and I have not missed anything from my subscriptions afterwards.
