Years? Compared to what ASE proofs are selling for on ebay, seems to be a decent price, but wait for the real pros to comment.

Ive been collecting The ASE Series since 1986.

PROOFS are the Collectors version coins, with a Mint Mark on The Reverses, as the ASE BULLION Coins do NOT have The Same Mint Mark.

Proofs are selling at the U S Mints for about $81.00 of Pure 0.999 Silver, Per Coin.

The DEAL sounds Too good. Are you SURE they are proofs and NOT Bullion, THAT price would seem more Digestible..

Have You Personally Held These "60 " IF your Sure, GO For It..... Wonder what Years Too.... Please Keep Us in The Loop, MD

$40.00
x 60
-------------

$2,400.00 For 60 ounces of PROOF ASE's. GREAT Deal, IF Real......

That is something I would NOT do unless I had the chance to see all the ASE's in hand.

A classic Colt Python, in decent shape, is worth far more than $2,400. $40 each is a great price if they're undamaged w/OGP.

true, pythons are worth high dollar and mine is 99.5%, but try and actually get the big money for it is hard, and with the reintroduction of the python at a much lower price its even more difficult. BTW, I have $450 into it

Be sure the coins are not fake. Where I live I can give, sell a handgun to a family member but not to anyone else unless I go through licensed dealer to be sure it's legal for the recipient to own a handgun. If the gun is an antique that does not apply, can sell to anyone.

If it were me, I wouldn't trade my Python for coins, but instead buy them and keep the Colt. Depending on what Generation you have, can be hard to replace. I have an early Gen.
Wouldn't trade it for anything. But that's me.
