2016 Jefferson Nickel Reverse Clash Die?

I found this nickel coin roll hunting. and upon my discovery noticed just below the stairs and over lapping monticello Jefferson's Eye looking at me and to the far left partial eye. First time ive seen this any feedback type of error. It is not inclused it is in fact raised. Report this Post to the Staff

I can't see it on the obverse image, but you may see lines from the steps running through Jefferson's face on the portrait. Here's a Photoshop clash overlay of the coin.
