I thought mine was OK. It looks centered. But after watching the above video I rechecked mine. The capsule will not fully close. I carefully took it out. The rim thickness is not the same all the way around. The rim is slightly thicker at about 4 pm holding it with horse facing me, thick enough so the capsule won't fit tight. I wonder if this is because the planchets were sent to the mint this way or it happened during striking. I'm disappointed with the mint's quality control sometimes. I won't go through the hassle of sending it back. Otherwise the coin has no flaws. I assume others have complained and the mint is aware of this.

Yup, the case is huge for one coin. I assume intentional because they'll use this case size for upcoming multiple coin sets?
As I mentioned earlier, this case was used for the 2019 Pride of Two Nations and 2020 Mayflower sets.

Mine is weird, off center on one side, and the other side is thicker top+bottom and thinner left+right.

This is an Outstanding Artistic Design , It actually seems to Jump out at the Holder. I appreciate Great themes, But, According to the U S Mint's web site, They say about the Wild American Mustang Horse Bucking, and says, " evoking the throwing off of the yoke of British rule during the American Revolution. " Seems themes for 225 + years , Gone. Now, New Non Traditional Themes ..

I really do not have that thought seeing this coins Obverse...... It is Spectacular in Design !!!!!

I am glad I finally found a thread of people interested in this coin. Actually, it's a medal technically. I also found that the US mint is still selling them, though they sold out on the first day. What that means is they couldn't handle all the orders, and created a panic. Well, relax. They are still available, but not forever, because they set a production limit of 75,000- with that in mind, as of a few days ago10/23/2022 there have been only 57,326 sold.

It is highly unusual for the mint to put a production limit on medals, because they don't want to compete with their other commemorative mint products. Medals are not real coins, after all, but neither are American Silver Eagles. Collectible bullion, without a denomination, but who cares. It is a very interesting medal (or token) that actually has a physical presence (unlike these internet non-fungible tokens) and real silver. The limit on production is appealing and makes these rare by coinage standards.

ASEs are legitimate coins complete with a denomination. But who in their right mind would spend $18 worth of silver at face?
