Just joined. I've been interested in coins since I was small and you could still pull wheat cents and the occasional silver club out of circulation. As a young adult I still dabbled in it and always had my eye open for circulating silver. Fast forward to a few years back I renewed my interest and completed a 20th Century type set and Franklin half set. Then started stacking silver when it was relatively cheap, under $15. So I still maintain a stack of silver and was getting interested in ASEs. But I was kind of all over the place, mainly looking for deals on silver. At some point, I guess it started with wanting to get one of each year of ASE bullion, I decided to stay assembling an ASE set. So I started selling off a lot of my random stuff and turn that into ASEs. At this point I've assembled a very thorough ASE set in OGP form. I guess it's accurate to say I have every bullion ASE, and every Proof and Uncirculated ASE available individually, and every set the mint made that contained an ASE. Only 2 exceptions are the 2008 rev of 07, as I only view it as a variety coin, and I don't have the Canadian version of the Pride of Two Nations, I only have the US Mint version. I'm not really into graded ASEs at all, I like the OGP.

If you happen to be in the area our local club meets the 3rd Thursday of every month except tomorrow since we are taking a bus trip to the ANA show.
