here is another I'm not sure about
i bought 25 solid rolls of 46-s that I'm going thru and are looking for these I'm just not sure about this . I found the one this are just hard for me to figure out for some reason

No. Those are both beat-up sans-serif mintmarks. The inverted S is a ball-serif mintmark. The sans-serif mintmarks make up about 40% of 1946S production. The ball-serif mintmark make up less than 5% of 1946S production. This is based on a count of nearly 6,000 1946S cents noting which style of mintmark each has.
