The £5 may? be a typo, but does lend itself to a tiny amount of doubt that the the coin may? not be genuine. Nevertheless, I would be much more inclined to trust the good reputation of Roma Numismatics.
I think that this coin could go well above the current bid., but the $5 estimate will stop some from bidding.
To give the buyer a warm fuzzy feeling, die comparison information in this case should be followed up.

Here is the wording from the announcement of the sale if anyone is curious:
The Anders Collection Now Online | 8 September 2022 Roma Numismatics is pleased to introduce a single owner collection sale consisting of mostly Sicilian bronze coins from the Anders Collection. This sale of 960 lots is currently online and open for bidding. The main focus of this collection is the coinage of the cities of Sicily during the Greek and early Roman periods and includes nearly every city from the island and many rare types. Within the collection bidders will see rarities such as an extremely rare onkia of Piakos, a unique bronze of Thermai Himeraiai which is published in HGC and a highly attractive coin of Man. Acilius struck at an uncertain mint in Sicily. In addition to the varied selection of bronze coins, a number of rare silver and electrum coins are on offer such as several tetradrachms of the 'People of the Camp' mint, a splendid electrum 25 litrai-quarter stater of Syracuse and an attractive Syracuse tetradrachm with wonderful old cabinet tone. Lots will begin closing from 1pm (local UK time) on Thursday 8 September with one lot closing every 15 seconds. There will be no subsequent live session and when the lot closes at the end of the countdown, there will be no further bidding accepted. A 22.5% buyer's premium will apply to this sale. VAT is applicable to the Buyer's Premium only (not the hammer value of the lots) for UK customers only.

Wow, what an answer from Roma Numismatics. The 5 Pound estimate on all the coins was set at the request of the consignor who wants to make sure everything sells in the auction. As you all know some auctions Roma has un-solds and that is because they had the estimate at a place no one wanted to bid like I think it was 80% of if I remember correctly where they start bidding at. So this way all lots sell. That is kind of neat in my opinion and again, we will see how these actually fair and what they are all actually worth in a real supply and demand 2022 market.

Effectively, a 'no reserve' auction. These sorts of auctions (doesn't matter what is being sold), always attract more bidders, and often higher realized prices as well.

Seems like a pretty sweet coin, but too rich for my wallet.

Less than a day left, people have been holding their card without bidding for quite a few days now. I feel like I should guess a final price. Right now it is $4,000. I'll say $6,450 based on nothing in particular.

OK, here is the final result. First when the coin was at just under 4000 Great British Pounds I said
"I feel like I should guess a final price. Right now it is $4,000. I'll say $6,450 based on nothing in particular."
OK Hammered For: £ 4600.00. With a 22.5% buyers fee that is £ 5635.00. And officially today the conversion from Pounds to Dollars is £ 1.00 converts to $ 1.15.
So £ 5635.00 x ($ 1.15 / £ 1.00) = $6,480.25
And that seems fair for the coin and quality. I think the seller did well considering that started at three pounds for all their lots.
