Pictures are too blurry for me to see fine detail, even on a very large screen. That toning could be hiding all sorts of issues I'd imagine but I can't see them. If those are just breaks in the toning then I'll be 65-66. If what looks like breaks in the toning are actually hits in the fields and on devices then I'm with the rest in the 62-63 range. NGC tends to grade Canadian coins high though in my experience...that's part of the reason I say it's likely it is in the 65-66 range and that would be my best guess based on what I see. :)
