These were all melted by the mint except for a few that were handed out to members of Congress. Albert Toven, a security guard at the Capitol, acquired one somehow either through gift or simply finding it on the floor. It is the only TPG graded 1974 aluminum penny. The other confirmed example is at the Smithsonian. Others may exist. Report this Post to the Staff
