Looking For Opinions On A 2002 D Nickle, Cud Or Repunched Mint Mark And Die Deterioration Doubling

pnwmakes Valued Member United States 71 Posts	Posted 09/26/2022 11:24 pm Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration, and can't be a RPM they changed how and when the mint marks are added so any coin minted after 1989 can not have a RPM.
