I assume you're reading handwriting written on a 2x2 or insert card. Just to clarify a couple of the words:
- "Ticinium" and "Siscia" are cities in which mints were located; these coins would have mintmarks from these cities on them.
- Constantine the Great, Constantius II, Valens, Honorius and Arcadius are Roman emperors. Your "tovian" is most likely emperor Jovian.
- "rigloria" - the "ri" is probably "R/", shorthand for the "reverse", or "tails side" of a coin.
Many of the coins from these emperors are quite common; fully identified and attributed, you'd probably pat $10-$20 each for them; the Jovian is probably the least common one there. Unidentified and poor condition coins might be $5 each. There are also some scarcer varieties; without seeing pics, we can't really be more precise than that.

Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
