this coin is listed as large date small fraction (ultra rare)

But base on the picture, it looks more like a small date small fraction ?

Are you agree ?

I'm not an expert but it does look like a small date, small fraction to me.

Regarding the date, the upper serif of the 3 doesn't appear to extend above the 3 and the center of the 3 is not extended so that does in fact appear to be a small date. From these pictures I can't see the fraction very well to see the serifs on the 1's but it does appear to be a small fraction as well. Certainly not the "RARE" large date variety.
