I'm certain there are more, NGC has no listing for this and TAMS doesn't appear to either. Surely not a one of one, but quite possibly the highest and only graded. Any info? Thoughts?

The hole must have been as made, since NGC does not say it was damaged.

As for this being the only NGC listing, I don't think that medal collectors in general have their medals slabbed.

Hope this helps! I just bought a mint one for $15, no hole, shipping or tax. The only made the 1 medallion the changed to a paper pamplet. Good luck!
