smat45 Pillar of the Community United States 2340 Posts	Posted 10/29/2022 10:05 am There's a good chance this one is replated...but I really can't tell? The obverse is covered in bubbles, but the reverse is unremarkable. The obverse also has some pretty extreme die polishing lines around the portrait...most notably by the mouth/beard/chin area as well as where his hair/neck and collar meet. Not sure if the polishing is an artifact of the plating process to help ensure adhesion or what? Would like to hear your feedback. Zoom in on the pics and let me know what you think. I picked up a decent tube of these not too long ago and just got around to looking at them. I might have to post some more. So many die cracks and polishing lines...might even have an obscure RPM or 2 and even a couple of obscure DDR's.
