I would say they are uncirculated business strikes.
These sets would be mass produced by a third party and
to get that many PL coins for multiple sets would be a challenge
plus the fact they would be worth over $200.00 per set.

Agree a third party put those sets together from uncirculated coins from that time.

The obverse of the dollar looks very shiny and well struck.. some of the rims look very full on other coins as well.. I think it is a proof-like scent that has been moved into one of those crappy holders. A good indicator for these sets that I look for is the full cameo on the reverse of the $0.05 piece.. normally a mintstate would not have that but all proof likes appear to.

Beautiful coins all around....

I'd say "Unc" rather than "PL"...

It's a tough call on dealer sets not in hand.

Either way, I'd be happy to own these!

I took the risk! bought the set for 250cad and it's for sure a Proof-Like set with an amazingly toned cent!

Great score -- !

I just picked up two 1967 Unc sets in OMP. Such beautiful coins.

I'm a HUGE fan of 20th century Canadian coins, up to 1967 anyway, especialy anything silver.

(Don't care for the loonies and toonies or steel coins, but I digress...!)
