Pricing error coins is tricky for sure. it is all about what someone is willing to pay for it. As obvious as that statement sounds, what I am willing to pay for something will be different than what others are willing to pay.
So I collect 1967 errors whenever I can find them. I look at this coin and would say it is uncirculated but with a few dings, it's a dollar which is desirable, the strike through is significant but strike throughs are not as desired or valuable as other types of errors. I would bid up to $100 CAD myself if it was in an auction (but I would hope to pay less lol)
There are 2 1967 strike throughs listed on ebay right now... one is a $1 with a Struck Through Grease area in front of the effigy but it isn't as significant as yours. The seller wants $100 for it and it will never sell at that price IMO. The other is a 50 cent with a stuck through wire for $35. This likely won't sell at that price because it is not significant enough IMO.
I hope this helps!
Edit: moderator, this is not a solicitation to purchase this coin but an effort to help with value
