1983 P Nickel Possible Unknown Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

Ondiwave Valued Member United States 275 Posts	Posted 12/04/2022 2:23 pm I know there is no listing for a DDO on the Jefferson nickel, but is it possible there is an unknown error? From all I've learned & continue to learn, I don't believe that this is MD. but I'm continually learning. I appreciate your help! I had to order a new microscope- so yes the only way to take pictures right now is to do a screenshot. I know how annoying it is for some of you- so wanted to let you know up front. its the best I can do at the moment. Report this Post to the Staff

Comparing the date to an earlier die state might show it that is what it is. The metal movement is starting on the die to move to the edge of the die. Report this Post to the Staff
