Id say F-12 for the 1901 Indian cent, and about VF-30/35 for the 1940 Lincoln.

with Spence, it would be better to keep one coin per thread...

To CCF , VF details cleaned for the IHC , EF-40 for the 1940 Lincoln . Nice Wheat cent ,might make EF-45
