Probably help to read the Japanese tag I imagine. I'll change the title of the post once someone says what this coin is. I guess I have to say ancient India. That reverse is familiar to me. Thanks!

Chach, in the name of ruler 'Wanwan' or similar, 7th-8th centuries AD.
Æ (20mm, 3.75 grams). Diademed bust of ruler l. R/ Tamgha surrounded by
legend. Cf. CCA Ch 11; Shagalov-Kuznetsov 22.

CHACH: Tarnavch, 7th-8th century, AE cash (20 mm, 3.08 grams), cf. Zeno-39570,
S&K-6.8 (type IV), lion right // tamgha of Chach surrounded by the
ruler's name in Sogdian
