Ummm I dont even know where to begin look between the 9 and the 2 and the white markings and you can see the S plain as day you can still see it almost zoomed all the way out. Is this not a 1925 Philly penny and instead a 1925 S penny with a severely misplaced S?

I'm thinking pareidolia--perhaps a very minor 'disturbance' on the surface of the die in that area. Not a misplaced mint mark in my opinion. Others will be along to comment.

I agree with @ijn, but would also note that it isn't exactly the same shape/size as a S mintmark.

Looks like an 8 or S but usually you find mintmark under date or beside it,maybe they are right but it's alwayz great for a second opinion.

Coincident circulation damage that takes on a familiar shape - like seeing animals or faces in the clouds.

Doesn't look raised enough to be a mintmark:

Note the listed examples, how they are raised above the fields.
