Is This Toning Good Or Bad?

There are folks out there that like this type of toning, and some that like the coins tone free (sometimes called 'blast white')
I'm a blast white coiner. Not a huge fan of heavily toned silver coins. Toning on copper can get interesting, but not on silver - it eventually just turns black if not kept in an airtight enclosure.

Toning on a coin certainly is objective according the the likes and dislikes of the observer.

Is the toning on your coin good or bad? Well I don't really know - but I, personally, would not go out of my way to buy it just because of this toning. If I had to fill an album hole, Maybe I would get one toned to fill it, but it would get replaced at a later date and the one I take out would be gifted to someone.

I would think that most collectors of new, freshly minted proof coins
would complain if they received their coins looking like this.

All depends on type and age of coin and colour and what collectors like, as long as they are naturally toned.
