I'm not yet good enough on grading but that said we minted 2 billion of these 64 it would have to grade very high to be worth anything that being said a close up of the stairs on the reverse would help looking for full steps.

Average circulated XF to maybe low AU condition. I see hits/mush on the steps so no FS.

this one is a better than average coin that has been circulation for almost 60 years. however, due to the number of coins minted and condition its a spender. too much glare from overhead light but the coin is AU50 maybe 53
