OK, drum roll... and, 20 it is. Nickelsearcher & Carr for the win! Mine I think has a weak strike on the tree but the wear everywhere else seems better than 20. Most here seem to agree, glad to see.

Also I wanted decent centering where you could read all of MASATHVSETS, tough to find, wow these must be the worst centered coins ever.

weren't these individually struck be hand? dont think there was much quality control then

i overgarded it at VF35 based on the sharpness of the lettering and buttons. I'm wondering what NGC looks at on these. looks like there is more meat on the bones than a 20

Do you know what the reference to Dill on the holder refers to? I've previously tried to research that name and came up mostly empty (other than a collector out of Missouri).

No idea (it's Diii, three i's) , just spent 5 minutes searching and no closer to an answer. If an old silver pro could chime in...?
