Not an error coin, just heavy environmental staining\discolouration. May have been a buried nickel and/or a metal detector find. A very damaged coin, no premium.

Agreed - a damaged coin with lots of corrosion/staining. No numismatic premium.

Looks like a metal detecting coin with heavy mineral/organic damage. Wouldn't hurt to clean it up with a baking soda paste. Don't do that with other coins though.
