I was counting change the other day and a dime caught my eye. Looked like a hair stuck to it, rubbed it and it's a part of the coin. Can't find any information on that error. Anyone have an idea.

If you are asking about the arc at/near the bottom of the coin - Yes, it is from a coin rolling machine.
