coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/07/2023 1:13 pm No RPMs after 1990. If the mintmark would have been doubled, then it would have been part of a Doubled Die. But it just a contact mark and also on the field to the left of the mintmark, there is a contact mark from the reeds on the outside edge of the coin. Not a collectable. Report this Post to the Staff
