I found a couple of these "Sharks teeth" 1999 April quarters. There is accumulation between the beads and the rim. Has anyone seen this before? And any thoughts on what would cause it? Thanks

Looking at the small bubbles on the fields,
just wondering if it is a poor plating job by a third party.

They didn't come from the mint plated , I had one struck on an un burnished planchet that had the same issue at the rim
