Hi- Opinions please. Coin looks brand new. I've seen the DDOs and the 4 an S seem to qualify. Not sure what's going on with bottom of 3. It looks heavily doubled, but only there that I can tell. I haven't seen them doubled at the bottom either. So, just looking for some reviews. Thanks as always!

Oh, did they make Proofs? This sure has the shine of one.

It's either a DDO or DDD.

I don't think proof steel pennies exist unless if they have been reprocessed (which is worth nothing). Your steel penny is just in very nice uncirculated condition.

By the texture of the coin I see, this coin was re-plated. Near 4 and 3 I see something but the pic do not let me see well.

to the CCF Pictures could be better. If you are asking about a proof 43, then I'm going to assume this is a shinny cent which tells me it's been reprocessed. This nullifies any numismatic value.
