Hello. Is this dime something rare or something ran over by a lawnmower lol. I am interested in coins but know nothing much about them, so any opinions are appreciated.

Definitely the lawnmower! Nothing like that is possible during the minting process.

Just a badly damaged dime.
Nothing in the minting process would cause that.

Yes this is a 'stamp' issue, stamped on by bit tricks, cars, maybe astreet sweeper. Certainly not a mint error though.
